The Training

LiveWell Community Connector Training equips people living and working in North Lincolnshire with the knowledge to guide friends, neighbours or anyone requiring access to health and wellbeing support and services in the area.

LiveWell offers a wealth of support and information available in the area, including: financial advice, getting active, connecting with others, activities for people with additional needs, mental health support and much more.

By completing a short training session, as a Community Connector you can help people find these great opportunities.
