Know Your Numbers Week 2026 – Find a free blood pressure check in North Lincolnshire

High blood pressure can increase your risk of heart attack, stroke and other serious health conditions. It usually has no symptoms, meaning many people are living with high blood pressure without knowing it.

The good news is that finding out your numbers is quick and simple. Once you know your blood pressure, you can take steps to manage it and reduce your future health risks.

As part of our Healthy Hearts project , we're offering fast and FREE blood pressure checks at locations across North Lincolnshire.

The theme of this year's Know Your Numbers! Week is: 'You know your age, do you know your numbers?'

Whether you're 20 or 80, you could be living with undiagnosed high blood pressure. The only way to know is to get it checked.

You can find us at the following locations during Know Your Numbers! Week. We've also included additional opportunities later in September and October.

Please note: The times shown below are when blood pressure checks will be available and may not reflect the opening times of the wider event or venue. Any resident of North Lincolnshire can attend these events and get checked. We also encourage you to ask your friends and family if they know their numbers, especially family members aged over 40.
