Our programme: I Am BeYoutiful
I Am BeYoutiful is an after-school programme, made up of a health, fitness and wellness sessions towards a desirable set of goals for teenage girls:
- It is OK to be different, to be you. We are not all supposed to look and be the same.
- Your friends should make you feel better and happy about yourself ALL the time. There is no such thing as a bad friend.
- No one has the right to harm you physically, mentally or emotionally. You are amazing.
- It is OK to say NO to anything and anyone that makes you feel uncomfortable or unsafe.
Social media is a fun place but also has a dark side so tread carefully. As a general rule do not say or do anything online you would not be happy doing face to face.
So long as you do your best, the world will respond and you will succeed.
Never feel pressured into doing things you do not want to do before you feel ready and be informed about safety and consent.
Be savvy about the media messages coming at you from every angle every day. Know that reality TV is fake and most of the images in magazines and online are airbrushed and with many celebs and models addicted to cosmetic surgery which is NOT necessary.
Know your value as a person is not measured by how much you weigh or what you look like. You are already enough and it is important to be YOU.
Always think big, reach for the stars and never let anyone disrespect you or belittle your dreams.
The after-school programme caters for up to 20 girls at a time in the same year and is suitable for girls in Years 7 to Years 11 and is hosted on New Beginnings premises on East Common Lane.
Mondays at 4.15pm and Wednesdays at 3.45pm, FULLY FUNDED.
Our mission at New Beginnings Personal Training and Wellness Facility is to build every single female’s confidence on the inside and out. Through our strong, inclusive community of females, coming from different backgrounds, cultures and lifestyles who empower each other, we along with our inspirational and very real coaches show young women how to take control of their own fitness, nutrition and wellbeing.

New Beginnings Personal Training and Wellness Facility offer the highest quality services and treatments for mind, body and wellness. Our services are provided by highly qualified personal trainers who are experts in their field and hand selected by the New Beginning's owner and founder, Stacey Greenfield. Feeling good is a complex issue. Health is at the heart of it, but psychology has a role to play as well, and we need to have that feeling of looking good. New Beginnings brings together a range of services for mind, body and wellness to help our clients be fit and well inside and out. The best way to great health is to look after the whole body, not just the physical aspects but also the mental issues as well; as the saying goes "Healthy Body, Healthy Mind". Looking after your health as a whole package is so important, yet it is something that far too many people sadly neglect. Our range of services has been put together in such a way that many of them complement each other. Our fully equipped personal training studio allows clients to work out in comfort and privacy. In addition this allows clients to also benefit from the expert advice of our personal trainers either with one-to-one support based on their individual goals or small group classes such as yoga. Our New Beginnings founder is also qualified in nutrition and is available to put together the best possible programme to assist with weight loss, fitness issues and helping to create a health body. For those clients who have issues with food, we can assist with this. Helping you to create a more positive and healthier person both on the outside and as well as on the inside can give you the real boost of confidence that can be invaluable in both a professional and personal capacity. From counselling to life coaching, our highly professional team can help you to overcome whatever it is that is preventing you from achieving your goals.
