Just Sing
We are a group being run by the local choir 'Take Note'. The group is dementia friendly and can help with a whole range of memory problems.
We meet at Thurlow Pavilion to sing familiar songs, with the words and music available to sing from. People are invited to choose songs to join in with.
We are a friendly group providing the opportunity not just to sing, but to have a chat and share your thoughts and experiences. Refreshments are provided during and after the session.
Carers are more than welcome to attend along with you.
You do not need to be able to sing brilliantly to join us, just a willingness to enjoy yourself and have a go!
There is no need to book in advance, you can just turn up or please contact us for further information if you need it.
