Meditation

This is a 6 weekly course that you can access on a live event on zoom each week.

Each week you will be guided through a different type of meditation and relaxation so that you can try out different styles and see what works for you best.

These will include breathing and mantra meditations, guided visualisations, mindfulness, stillness, observation, soundscapes and transformational.

All you need to do is find a comfortable place for you, where you can be relaxed and not disturbed.  You may want to set up your nest with pillows, cushions and throws.

Headphones or earbuds make the experience better. Most people lay down but you can also do this seated just as well.

Wellbeing Days | Retreats | Nature Immersions Often our Lives are so busy and so full trying to find the time for ourselves can become too hard. Sometimes just stepping completely away from the normality of life, gives us the chance to just pause and breathe. It gives us the opportunity to reflect and restore. To reconnect to what is important and of value in our lives. The added bonus is that these nourishing days, always seem to attract like minded souls. People who you can really connect and converse with deeply and with intention. Each wellbeing day has a different offering. Single day immersions invite you to experience a deeper connection with nature and your true nature. Weekends are about real time for you. They are a true opportunity to pause, reflect and connect. Our community connections that are forged, often last long after the retreat ends and sometimes life long friendships.
