Social Prescribing Service
The Citizens Advice North Lincolnshire Social prescribing service aims to support people to take greater control of their health and wellbeing. Social Prescribing Link workers give people time, focusing on what matters to them and taking a holistic approach to people's health and wellbeing. They connect people to community groups and statutory services for practical and emotional support which can be anything from volunteering, arts activities, group learning, gardening, befriending, cookery, sporting activity to legal advice and anything in between.
