Stop Smoking Support - Healthy Lifestyles
Swap to Stop
The Swap to Stop scheme is a nationwide, government initiative that supports people who currently smoke tobacco swap to vaping to improve their health.
North Lincolnshire Healthy Lifestyles Team are offering this free scheme to adult smokers aged 18+ who live, work or study in North Lincolnshire. Age will be verified using documentation and/or the electoral roll. Each person can only access this scheme once.
As part of the initiative, you will receive a vape starter kit containing a vape, and all the necessary accessories including liquids to cover a four-week treatment pathway. We will contact you four - six weeks after you have been issued your starter kit to see how you are getting on.

Stop Smoking Support
Our 6-week Stop Shops offer a combination of behavioural support alongside providing nicotine replacement therapy in our face-to-face group format. The free nicotine replacement products are only available for your first four weeks with our team; however, we can provide behavioural support for a total of six weeks. After an initial assessment, our facilitators will encourage and support you to set a quit date, once this date is set, with our support, you are expected to work towards the commitment of not taking a single puff of a cigarette. This service aims to help to work towards a total quit status and is not tailored to those who are wanting to cut down.
Our Stop Shops offer guidance in a friendly, supportive environment where peer support is encouraged and utilised to create an atmospheric, accessible, and enjoyable experience to help you go smoke-free.
If you feel you're ready to stop smoking and could benefit from our team's support. You can self refer into our team using the link below, all you need to do is fill in a few details and one of our facilitators will be in touch.
