The Live Well North Lincolnshire website is a website that provides information to the residents of North Lincolnshire on local services and activities they can access to help support their overall health and wellbeing.

The website is a joint initiative between North Lincolnshire Council and other partners from across the public, voluntary and community sector with an interest in improving community wellbeing in North Lincolnshire.

Please read these terms of use carefully before you start to use the website, as these will apply to its use. We recommend that you print or save a copy of this document for future reference. 

By using the website, you confirm that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to comply with them. 

You should read these Terms and Conditions alongside our Privacy Notice which sets out how we store and process your personal data. 

We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time and will republish them to keep you up to date.

No Rights Conferred

The Site is not intended to confer any legal rights on you or any other person or to create any legal rights for you or any other person.

No Reliance on Site

This Site and the information on this Site are provided for your information purposes only and may be changed or updated without notice. You should not rely on them when making decisions.

North Lincolnshire Council and our partners have used our reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Site is accurate and complete and operates in a timely fashion. However, we do not represent, warrant or undertake the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the Site.

North Lincolnshire Council, nor any of our partners, undertakes no obligation, gives no assurance and assumes no liability or responsibility (whether express or implied) to any person concerning the Site, and all conditions, warranties or undertakings which would otherwise be implied or incorporated in any agreement between you and North Lincolnshire or any of our partners in relating to your access to and use of the Site are excluded, except to the extent applicable law requires that they may not be excluded or limited.

North Lincolnshire Council and our partners exclude all liability for loss or damage arising from or in connection with your access to or use of the Site, or reliance on the Site, regardless of whether such loss or damage would arise in the ordinary course of events or otherwise, is reasonably foreseeable or otherwise, or is caused by any error or omission in the Site (whether negligent or not), except that nothing affects any liability of North Lincolnshire Council which may not be excluded or limited by law.

Whilst North Lincolnshire Council and its partners make reasonable attempts to exclude viruses or other destructive computer code from the Site, it does not accept any obligation, gives no assurance and assumes no liability or responsibility (whether express or implied) in relation to viruses or such computer code. You should take all appropriate safeguards before using the Site or downloading information from the Site.

Termination of Access

Your access to the Site or your ability to participate in all or certain parts of the Site may be terminated by North Lincolnshire Council at any time without notice and without any liability. Any limitations on The North Lincolnshire Council liability will survive such termination.

Personal Information

North Lincolnshire Council and its partners do collect personal information from you through this Site. This information is then held and processed in accordance with our privacy policy in force from time to time, a copy of which is posted on the Site.

North Lincolnshire Council and our partners are not responsible for the contents of any website operated by a third party which may be accessed via this Site, and we do not accept any obligation, give no assurance, and assume no liability or responsibility (whether express or implied) in relation to any content on any other website. All links on the Site are provided for your convenience only and do not imply that North Lincolnshire Council, or our partners, approve or recommends the content of such websites.

Intellectual Property

The ‘Live Well North Lincolnshire’ name and logo are the sole property of North Lincolnshire Council, and no permission is given in respect of their use. The Site and its contents are protected by UK and international copyright laws. Unless otherwise indicated, North Lincolnshire Council is the owner of the copyright and all other intellectual property rights in the Site and its contents. No part of the Site may be reproduced without written permission, except you may make copies of information from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Governing Law

The Terms and your use of this Site shall be governed by the Laws of England. By using the Site and accepting the Terms you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, save that North Lincolnshire Council may take action in any appropriate jurisdiction to protection its intellectual property rights.


If any provision of the Terms is deemed unlawful, void or for any other reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severed from the Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. North Lincolnshire Council’s failure to exercise or enforce any rights or any provision of the Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by North Lincolnshire Council in writing. The section titles in the Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect. The parties do not intend the Terms (or any part of them) to be enforceable pursuant to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
